About me
Wayne Zhang is a Supply Chain Engineer with ECAT Interconnect Technology at IBM Corporation. He currently works as a Qualification Engineer, focusing on reliability assessments for medium- to high-complexity server applications. In this role, Wayne ensures that server technologies and reliability requirements are thoroughly evaluated in support of hardware development and manufacturing. He also leads Smart Manufacturing transformation projects within IBM Supply Chain Engineering. Wayne has authored or co-authored 16 SMTA papers and holds five industrial patents. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology in China.
