Vladimir Sitko is the founder and mentor of PBT Works s.r.o., a recognized manufacturer of cleaning equipment for electronic assemblies. After completing his studies at the Technical University, he began his career nearly 50 years ago as a designer of measuring instruments for silicon analysis and equipment used in semiconductor fabrication, assembly, and encapsulation. In the 1990s, Vladimir expanded his expertise to soldering, paste printing, and PCBA cleaning, developing the first PCBA cleaning machines at his company. Since then, cleaning assemblies and tools for microelectronic manufacturing have remained the primary focus of his work. With more than 30 years of experience in cleaning technology, Vladimir has contributed extensively to improving electronics reliability through effective cleaning processes. He participates in research projects related to cleaning technology and holds several patents for innovations in cleaning machines and test tools.
