About me
Troy Gueller is a Senior Project Engineer at Rockwell Automation, where he leads Automation initiatives across the company’s global footprint. With a career of over 30+ years, Troy brings a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and overall process vision. He has a strong passion in the Final Assembly space with an even stronger drive to improve the knowledge and experience of others he works with.
Troy holds degrees in Industrial Engineering (UW-Madison) and Engineering Management (Milwaukee School of Engineering) and has personally lead capital projects totaling over $45 Million being a key contributor in the startup of multiple assembly plants globally.
Outside of work, Troy is a husband and father, a lifelong Wisconsin Badger fan, a poor golfer, and lives life with a sense of humor and with a servant mentality trying to help wherever needed.
