About me
Robert Darveaux is currently President of TMBS, LLC providing expert witness and engineering consulting services in electronic packaging and related fields. He was previously with Skyworks Solutions, Amkor Technology, Motorola, and Microelectronics Center of North Carolina. Robert has a B.S in Nuclear Engineering from Iowa State University and a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is author of 90 technical publications and named inventor on 82 US Patents.
