Dr. Nate Bode is the Director of Strategy and Growth at Impossible Objects, a high-speed additive manufacturing company. This role encompasses supporting core company initiatives including leading government grant work, new market entry, and fundraising. Dr. Bode brings to this role a unique blend of education and experience, which combines the deep technical knowledge of a Ph.D. in Physics at Caltech with the operational experience of strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and strategic thinking from time in venture capital. Today he focuses on projects which drive increased scalability of Impossible Objects's unparalleled throughput of carbon-fiber composite parts (>40,000 standard-sized carbon-fiber quadcopter bodies a month) and greater awareness of its unique ability to additively provide the affordable mass necessary in modern conflicts.
