Joseph Clure is currently the Head of the Applications and Demo Center at KurtzERSA Inc. based at the company’s North American Head Quarters in Plymouth, Wisconsin. He has worked in the Soldering Industry for over 25 years holding the positions of Site Process Engineer, Regional Selective Soldering Subject Matter Expert, Field Service Engineer, Senior Applications Engineer, and most recently as Head of the Applications and Demo Center during the past 20 years at KurzERSA Inc.In addition to a high level of experience in the Reflow, Wave, and Selective Soldering processes he also holds degrees from Universities in Wisconsin and New York and is a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Engineering Program.
