About me
Jacob is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Microelectronics Department of Applied Research & Technology at Collins Aerospace (An RTX Company) in Cedar Rapids, IA. He is involved with evaluating commercial off the shelf (COTS) and custom components for thermal cycle reliability and producibility and development of microelectronics packages. He has a B.S. degree in materials engineering, 8 years of experience in his current role, and 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing in a previous role.
