Dr. Eyal Weiss is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Cybord, a company specializing in AI-driven solutions for electronic manufacturing that protect against counterfeit and tampered components, providing full transparency and resilience across the supply chain. With over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary research and development management, Dr. Weiss has established himself as an expert in technology development. Prior to founding Cybord, he served as the R&D department manager at the Soreq Nuclear Research Center, where he led large projects involving over 25 experts.Dr. Weiss has published several technical papers demonstrating how visual AI technology enhances the detection of counterfeit components, tampered parts, and PCBA anomalies. His paper on visual AI technology was selected as one of the three Best Technical Papers at IPC APEX EXPO 2025.
